Get four (4) Review Sessions for the price of three (3) and save $50! *This membership does not include the cost of the Discovery Session, herbal prescriptions, ultrasounds, body contouring, or additional lab orders. **Must have completed the Discovery Session to be a Basic Member.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Because it is difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice, appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged a fee of up to the full price of the visit. We respect your time and ask you to respect ours. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to a later date. Should an emergency situation arise, please share that information with us, as each situation will be dealt with on an individual basis. To ensure availability of your desired appointment time, we suggest you schedule your next visit before leaving. Simply Holistic has a NO REFUND policy. All sales are final. There are no refunds. If you are on a membership plan, billing will stop at the time of cancellation.
